Take Me Home is a romantic comedy written and directed by Sam Jaeger who also plays a role in this movie. Besides Sam Jaeger the movie start Amber Jaeger and Victor Garber. The story revolves a man named Thom who lives in New York City. He is broke and jobless and working illegally as a taxi driver just to make some cash and pay his rent. On the other hand, Claire is a successful business woman but her life is in shambles from trying to recover from a bump in her marriage. She receives a call that her father is in a hospital, she hops into Thom's cab and orders him to just drive. He does exactly as he is told and they end up in Pennsylvania and decide to just drive across the country. On their road to California there will be many detours and they will learn more about themselves and each other. This is one of the best indie movies in the past few years. Everyone who loves adventures, the open road and long trips will feel like at home with this movie. There is a lot of chemistry between the two main actors, and how couldn't there be when they are married in real life. Script is amazing and there are scenes in this movie which will leave you speechless. If you appreciate a good romantic comedy, give Take Me Home a go!
