The answer to that is the movie called "The adventurer: The curse of the Midas box". The movie is characterized as a family movie with fantasy and adventure elements. If you loved "The Narnia Cronicles" you might consider getting your hands on this movie as well.
After his parents and his younger brother had disappeared, young Mariah Mundi finds out about a world of magic as well as about a secret organisation called "The Bureau of antiquities" and sets out to solve the mystery and find out who was responsible for all of that. His adventure begins as he meets Charity, played by Michael Sheen, and soon after that he gets to meet his opponent, Otto Luger. And all he needs to do is find the famous Midas box in order to find his family.
Director Jonathan Newman had certainly made sure to get the attention of both younger audience as well as their families. With a great acting cast that involves Michael Sheen, Lena Headey and Sam Neill, this movie keeps up to it's promise about getting enough amount of adventure, fantasy and family elements. With the release in December 2013, this was a perfect movie to be watched for the winter holidays with a family.
