Not every carnival is the one you'd like to visit, especially this one. It's called The Devil's Carnival and it is located in Hell. It is run by, of course, the Devil himself and there is 666 rules to follow. The plot starts off with three main characters- John (Sean Patrick Flanery), Ms. Merrywood (Briana Evigan) and Tamara (Jessica Lowndes). They are, in fact, three lots souls who somehow managed to find their ways to the Carnival. John is an obsessed father, Mr. Merrywood is greedy girl and Tamara's sin is lust. So, after they find the carnival, they are to experience their sins all over again. Ms. Merrywood was a jewel thief. The same greed awaited her after she had died, in Hell, and now, it was all taken to another level- after robbing a jewelry in Hell, Ms. Merrywood gets to The Twin, who is the guard of the largest diamond ever. Of course, her greed does her thing and she is eager to get her hands on the diamond. So the Twin offers her the game in which they toss a coin for winning the diamond. Young Tamara, on the other hand, get to meet a guy named Scorpion (Marc Senter), who is a knife thrower. So she ends up on his knife throwing board. In the end, there is also John, who is still grieving over his lost son. In the search for the son, he takes a grand tour through the carnival, even gets to meet Lucifer (Terrance Zdunich).
