After getting his partner crippled and failure in his last mission, Ray Owens, who is played by Arnold Schwarzenegger, decided to leave LAPD, Ray Owens moves to a small town Sommerton Junction and becomes a sheriff there. At the same time, the new sheriff hears that a high profiled convict, Gabriel Cortez, that is a drug kingpin and one of the most wanted ones has escaped his convoy and is headed straight towards this cute peaceful place. This will be the last place and the last opportunity for the FBI to catch him and take him down before he can manage to cross over the border. At first reluctant sheriff doesn't accept to to be involved in any kind of stressful activity, but then decides to help them with all he's got. Ready to help his friends in police world, sheriff Ownes gathers both his friends and his whole artillery. This action crime thriller movie is going to make you laugh and worry as well as not wanting to breath in some moments in order to see every little detail that is going on. Arnold Schwarzenegger was always known for this types of roles, but he is also the only one who can play them like this, with a certain flavour to it. From the director Kim Jee-woon comes an amazing movie that blew away the most of the people in the audience.
