There isn't a person who didn't know or didn't hear about one of the presidents of the United States, Abraham Lincoln. But, not so many people know about his lawyer. his defence attorney is a self centred and cocky guy Mick Haller (Matthew McConaughey), who is representing this high class client in the case where his client has been accused of murder. Of course the prosecution is doing everything they can in order to get more and more evidence against Mick's client. As this pile of evidence starts getting bigger and bigger, Mick starts doubting in his client's innocence, as well as in the speaking and coming clean in front of him. But, each time the story starts going on with a slower pace, something unexpected happens and they are all working like honey bees. Based on Michael Connelly's novel and adapted to a screenplay by John Romano, only to be directed by Brad Furman, this comedy drama thriller will keep you glued to you seats for as long as it lasts. Director Brad Furman made the movie with his miracle worker hands. So, if there is a lot movies on your list that fit to the idea of crime and drama, this one that you must watch.
