Christmas is the most favourite time of the year for every kid in the block. Ok, for almost every kid. Why? Because they all get Christmas Presents and they all dream of the Santa Claus getting there in person and delivering their favourite toy to them as they sleep. But, there are those kids, who don't actually believe in stories about North Pole, Toy Factory or Santa Claus. Well, the main character of our animated movie, a young boy (Tom Hanks) is having some doubts if the Santa really exists. So, on the night of the Christmas Eve, he gets a chance to embark on a journey that will change his life and way of thinking. As the midnight comes closer, he gets awaken by jingling bells and train sounds. That is The Polar Express, a magical train that takes kids to the North Pole and give them an extra special Christmas ever. So, he boards it and gets to experience what it looks like to see the North Pole, Toy Factory, and meet the Santa himself in person. This journey gives him an opportunity to see who he really is, what he believes in and how true he is to himself in general. This amazing Christmas story is based on the novel written by Chris Van Allsburg and the animated movie was directed by guy who brought us a lot of amazing movies- Robert Zemeckis.
