When you have a dysfunctional family, the only thing worse than that is when someone dies and leaves lots of money, but under the condition that they resolve their issues. That can be really tough. This kind of story is in the focus of the movie The Reunion. After their father dies, three brothers and one sister are rich. But, there is a catch, as always. They must work together in a family business for two years. They all shared the same father, but since he was a womaniser, their mothers aren't the same and they can't stand each other. Now, they are in situation to try and get along or leave without inheritance. Three of them decide to open up a private investigator office and work as bail bondsmen. As their first job they get to take a crook who left one of the brothers in debt for 250 000 dollars. But, while chasing after that guy, they will discover much more than they thought at first place. They will encounter problems in the mountains of Mexico, meet a drug dealer with almost perfect plan for a kidnapping action, and they will face the danger throughout the whole time. This action drama was written and directed by Michael Pavone, who made sure to make his vision come true.
