Everyone grows up at some point. But do their wishes and dreams still remain the same or do they change over the course of time? For some people dreams change as they grow up. That's not the case with these five lads. After 20 years, Gary King, Andy Knightley, Oliver Chamberlain, Steven Prince and Peter Page meet and head off together to the town they grew up in. As teenagers they used to drink beer and never seemed to get to the pub called "The World's End". This time, their mission is to visit every pub in the town, drink a tour of beers in each of them and get to "The World's End" at last. As they start their drinking tour, they meet an old friend from the neighbourhood, Becky. Somewhere along the way, they start noticing these weird situations and weird behaviour from the people around them. At first they are convinced they are already drunk, but later, after having couple of incidents and a fight, they reveal that the whole town is populated by robots. Trying to save the human race and staying alive during the process makes getting to The World's End totally unimportant to them. This amazing action sci- fi comedy, directed by Edgar Wright, will blow your minds and make you sit on the edge of your chairs until the end of the film.
