They often say that women and men come from different planets, at least when it comes to planning, organizing, putting some plans to actions.. They have the same ideas but they thing totally differently. In this case, it is the way they see their relationships. Four friends, Dominic (Michael Ealy), Michael (Terrance Jenkins), Jeremy (Jerry Ferrara) and Zeke (Romany Malco) see their lives as perfect. They all have great girls and they are more than pleased with their relationships. On the other hand, their girlfriends, who are also friends, Lauren (Taraji P Henson), Candace (Regina Hall), Kristen (Gabrielle Union) and Mya (Meagan Good) aren't satisfied with their relationships and the way their boys treat them as well. At one point, each of them gets an advice from other girls, moms and relatives, cousins to buy a book called "Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man", where all tricks of men games are revealed. After they all read it, their boyfriends all notice big changes in their behaviours. And they are all freaked out. As one of them manages to discover what is really going on, discovers the book, they all decide to turn the tables and play another game to get things back in their favour. And so the war between girls and boys begins once again.
