What is the movie Thor: Tales of Asgard about?
“Thor: Tales of Asgard” represents a first adventure of the to-become-God-of-Thunder in his search of the Lost Sword of Surtur, even before he raised his Mighty Hammer Mjolnir. Fantastic adventures await Thor, luring from nine realms: with winged creatures and ice giants, places of dark, and many others. In his thirst for adventure, Thor, accompanied by his brother Loki, who mastered the art of a very powerful sorcery, secretly start on a journey together with the Warriors Three – a group of travelers, who are ready to join even the most dangerous journeys in order to have what to boats about later. However, the way for a treasure hunt, considered harmless, turns perilous and Thor is to prove that he is worthy to protect Asgard…

The actors here are worked very well and more logic than in an artistic movie. Thor and Loki are teenagers who feel overweening, but at the same time they are smart enough to realize they are brothers and need each other. I didn’t quite get who was the Dark Elf and where did he come from, but considering the fact that the world was full of trolls and gnomes he looked pretty well in it. The dialogues were with a lot of content and i am thankful to scenario writers for saying what they need and that’s it. The subject is stupid, but at least it is logic, which is already a plus. I would recommend watching this cartoon only after seeing the artistic movie about Tor in order to be able to find out the inside world of Thor better, well that is of course if you guys want to!

I think i should start with saying that i saw the cartoon, after i saw the released in 2011 movie of the Marvel studio. So even though the cartoon lasted for a bit more than one hour i can say that it was very interesting for me. It was cool to watch how the favorite movie heroes have turned into cartoon characters! Although they were quite close to the ones from the movie, i can say that still there were some changes about them. I was happy due to the fact that Thor was shown as a young man with wild spirit, and not some jerk who is talking in a a not appropriate way with his father. Loki was shown as a quiet guy who does magic but doesn’t really like getting into troubles. Here as well as in the movie there are three warriors and the Cif lady. It was great to see that Odin was equally good to both of his sons in this cartoon. It is a very pretty one, and it is easy to watch it. Reccommend!

Usually i don’t really like cartoons about superheroes who are minors, but after watching the movie about Thor of the year 2011, i wanted to get to know the prehistory of the God who was creating the thunder. So i was pretty lucky to see this cartoon approximately one month later.
I can say that i liked Thor even until this moment, but after watching the cartoon started loving it even more.
The story begins with the fight of young God of thunder with the knights of Asgard, whom he beats easily, but none of his friends take this victory seriously. Thor is more than sure of his powers and doesn’t listens to his father Odin, so together with Loki he starts looking for adventures. I can say that the authors of the scenario have done a great job! And i surely advise this movie to all people who love fantasy genre.

I watched this movie purely by accident. At the very beginning I was thinking this was going to be just another movie for kids from “Thor” series. Still I decided to give it a try. This film turned out to be much better then my expectations where. My first impression was not very good and I was tempted to turn it off after only a few minutes, but I am glad I kept on watching.
Like most young people, Thor is a very ambitious guy who ultimately gets him into trouble. But Thor is not an ordinary guy, he is Odin’s son and his non-thoughtful rush actions place Asgard in danger. At this point when Thor accepts the responsibility for his own actions, the viewer sees his remarkable transformation from boy to man. So, to cut the long story short, the moral is the same as in other superhero stories, that is, having great power isn't what counts the most, but rather knowing how to use it wisely is. In this film, however, I saw it from a different perspective, through the eyes of an adolescent who had to learn the lesson the hard way. This sense of compassion is perhaps the main reason why Thor goes on to be a great hero, while his brother Lochi eventually becomes a villain.
