What happens when killers suddenly meet their match during one of their attacks? Well, this is one of those situations, where they wished they weren't born. This 2013 horror thriller directed by Adam Wingard and written by Simon Barrett gives chills, not only because of nasty killers, but because of their opponent as well. At the beginning of the movie we get to meet every person one at the time. After that you can finally meet the family Davison. They enjoy in having yet another of their reunions. The father was working in the marketing department and has lots of money. Cute Sharni Vinson plays one of his son's girlfriends, Erin. During their reunion masked killers barge in and get their hands on all of them, wielding with their axes and playing with their cross and bows. But there is something that they didn't expect to find there. Erin has an amazing surviving instinct and she can get as aggressive as they are, with lot more improvised weapon from the kitchen. With Adam Wingard in the chair of the director it is certain that this thriller will make you on pins and needles and horror elements will make you not wanting to sleep at night and avoid bunny masks for a while. At least until you forget this film. The quality of their performances is amazing and unique.
